I just read this article about people trying to get a chimp legally declared a “person”. Seriously… I do not believe in being cruel to animals, but to have a Chimp declared a person. That’s way over the line of common sense.

Another thing that really bothers me is the “nanny state”. I do not believe the government can, or should, tell me how to run my life or tell any business how they should run. I believe that Minnesota is hurtling down a path towards being a nanny state very quickly.
