Podcasts
So I’ve been spending a lot of time in my car lately. Between a quick trip to the LP on Saturday and minimum hour and fifteen minute commutes (one way) to work this week I’ve been thinking some good podcasts would be nice to listen to.
Ideally it would ideally be podcasts that are updated daily so I could sync my iPhone in the morning and listen on my way to work. But weekly podcasts would be alright too. I was looking through the podcast listings in iTunes and there are a lot of them. I figured I’d turn to you, my trustworthy friends, to suggest some good listening for my daily commutes.

I would highly recommend you listen to the “CFR: Inside CFR Events” Podcast. The Council on Foreign Relations gets all kinds of world leaders and great minds to come speak and answer questions at their events. They just had Laura Bush speak on her human rights campaigns. While they might not update daily, they do tend to put out around 5-6 podcasts a week.
You should also take a look at the podcasts from the Economist. There are some really good weekly ones from them.
Lastly, the Wall Street Journal puts out a good daily podcast call “The Wall Street Journal This Morning.” The podcast comes out at 7:15 each morning. It’s actually a radio show that they do and then they podcast it.
Those are my favorites. Good luck.
