		<description>I hate to say it, but you&#039;re probably right. The courts did the right thing here by upholding the will of the people. However, I don&#039;t think it will be too long before that measure is on the ballot again and gay marriage will inevitably be allowed in the state of California. And in my opinion, it will be a victory for equality.</description>

		<description>I completely agree.  No matter what the people of the state voted to enact, the courts are bound to uphold the law, even in states like California.  It is a victory for the citizens of the state and the rule of law.</description>
